TeacherActive is recruiting a Full-Time Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Swansea, starting September. The role supports pupils with ALN across KS1 and KS2, assisting with classroom activities and promoting engagement to help every child reach their potential.

Salary: £14.25 per hour

The school is committed to providing a nurturing learning environment where every child is supported to succeed and prides itself on its inclusive ethos and dedicated staff team.

The school is looking to appoint a Full-Time Teaching Assistant on a full-time temporary basis from September. The successful Full-Time Teaching Assistant will be supporting pupils with varying levels of ALN, working across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, assisting with classroom activities, promoting engagement and supporting pupils' academic and social development.

The successful Full-Time Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a UK Primary School
• Experience supporting children with ALN in a classroom setting
• A caring, patient and flexible approach to supporting pupils across both Key Stages
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive 'can-do' attitude
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
