Stradbroke High School seeks to appoint an enthusiastic Science Technician & First Aid Coordinator to join our flourishing Science Department to support and maintain the laboratory, preparation room, equipment and consumables. The post-holder will possess sound knowledge and experience in a science-based work environment AND coordinate our first aid provision.

We are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic person with high standards and the ability to communicate and interact effectively

Qualificações

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent.
• Knowledge of science equipment, resources and related procedures.
• A degree or post-16 qualification relevant to the post.

Responsabilidades

• Solve straightforward problems and coordinate tasks within the lab.
• Exchange information with pupils, teachers and other technicians.
• Prepare materials and use equipment with coordination and care.
• Maintain first aid supplies and arrange staff training.
• Liaise with trip leaders to provide medical information and arrange staff rota.
• Provide first aid for students and manage related documentation.
