Stowe School is seeking a Transport Administrator to support the Transport Manager in running the transport department. The role involves coordinating pupil transport requirements, communicating with transport providers, and keeping driver compliance records up to date.

You will assist with vehicle maintenance, carry out basic vehicle checks, and help arrange vehicle movements to garages for servicing. 30 hours per week across 39.4 weeks per year, with some flexibility.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day running of the transport department with the Transport Manager.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to establish pupil transport requirements.
• Coordinate with transport companies to ensure timely bookings and maintain driver compliance records.
• Support maintenance of school vehicles and arrange basic vehicle checks and repairs.
