You'll maintain a secure, clean, well-serviced site, supervise facilities management, and ensure smooth daily operations to support students and staff in a safe learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or site management, preferably in a school setting.
• Knowledge of building upkeep, compliance, health guidelines and safety protocols.
• Ability to lead a team, coordinate projects and troubleshoot on site.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills; DBS certificate preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site maintenance, cleanliness, and servicing of the school site.
• Ensure statutory compliance, health and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate facilities management activities with site team and senior leaders.
• Support daily operations to provide a safe, productive environment for students and staff.
