Job summary

Chartwells is seeking a part-time Customer Services Assistant to join a busy, friendly team at our education sites. You will help deliver excellent customer experience, handle cash, and contribute to attractive displays.

The role is contracted to 12.5 hours per week, 42.6 weeks per year, with DBS checks required and opportunities to progress within the Compass Group education division in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or customer service is helpful but not essential.
• Pre-employment checks including enhanced DBS and Children’s Barred List checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
