Job summary

Chartwells is recruiting a Kitchen Assistant on a part-time basis in the UK. The role is contracted to 16 hours per week across 43.6 weeks per year, joining a team dedicated to delivering high-quality food, cleanliness and service in an education setting.

You will support food preparation, maintain hygiene standards and assist with deliveries while upholding the Chartwells brand and values. This position offers opportunities for progression within the Compass Group UK&I education division.

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas
• Ensuring the correct use of all machinery and equipment
• Assisting with the loading or unloading of deliveries and supply vehicles
• Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
