Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a part-time cleaning operative to deliver routine and periodic cleaning at Colley Lane School, Halesowen, West Midlands. You will join a team, follow schedules and uphold high standards of cleanliness in line with SLAs.

Role requires reliability, a professional attitude and the ability to work to a timetable. Training is provided, and Mitie offers a flexible benefits platform and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience preferred but training may be provided.
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and under their own initiative.
• Adhere to Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies.
• Maintain the designated area to an agreed level of cleanliness per SLA.
• Ensure service delivered to a high standard and efficiently.
• Keep cleaning equipment clean and safe to use.
• Report maintenance needs identified during cleaning tasks.
• Ensure site security and safeguarding policies are followed.
• Build positive relationships with customers and exceed expectations.
