Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is hiring a Cleaner in Cheltenham. You will deliver high cleaning standards, adhere to SLAs, and follow cleaning schedules. The role is part-time at 14 hours per week, with responsibilities spanning equipment maintenance, safe procedures, and customer service.

The position offers flexible benefits and training within a large facilities management company, with opportunities to grow within the Mitie team.

Qualifications

• Basic English communication is required.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible and proactive approach to work.
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.
