Job summary

Wellspring Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join the team at Oakhill Primary Academy. You will perform cleaning across teaching spaces, offices and shared areas to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety.

The role is 15 hours per week, 43 weeks per year, with shifts 3pm–6pm, Monday to Friday. Training will be provided, and you’ll work as part of a supportive team to protect pupils and staff.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications are required.
• Awareness of health and safety practices is important.
• Able to carry out physical tasks including lifting.

Responsibilities

• Clean classrooms, offices and communal areas using appropriate equipment.
• Empty bins and remove waste safely.
• Carry out specialist cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning and stain removal.
