The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors and partners, bringing strong organisation, initiative and a friendly approach to the day-to-day life of the school. DBS checks apply.

Qualificações

• Experience in school administration or front-desk duties.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a varied workload in a busy school.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact for students, parents and visitors.
• Manage reception, attendance and communications.
• Support events, educational visits and school operations.
• Assist Administration Apprentice; ensure DBS checks when required.
