Job summary

SIXT in Salford is looking for a customer service and sales oriented colleague. You will be the first point of contact for customers, process rental agreements, and promote tailored offers in a fast-paced branch environment.

This part-time role (28 hours per week) offers a structured bonus scheme, uncapped incentives, and a pension plan. You should be friendly, fluent in English, hold a valid driving licence, and enjoy working weekends and holidays.

• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism or sales.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly with customers.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

• You are the first point of contact for our customers, friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
• You impress with tailored offers and make every customer interaction a special experience
• You handle rental agreements and customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile

YOUR SKILLS

• You love sales and are passionate about service and customer support
• You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism or sales
• You are communicative and articulate in English
• You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays
• You hold a valid driver’s license with at least 12 months of driving experience
