We are seeking a Part Time Sales Consultant to join our Canary Wharf team, working 3 days per week. As a brand ambassador, you will embody our retail values, deliver outstanding customer experiences, develop client relationships, promote our brand culture, and share stories about our products. Role Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients, conduct sales ceremonies, and follow up to ensure memorable customer experiences
- Keep clients informed about brand activities, collaborations, and shop events
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster repeat business
- Maximize sales opportunities and meet personal sales targets
- Manage stock duties, including deliveries, transfers, returns, and stocktakes
- Maintain visual presentation and store housekeeping standards
- Use in-store technology to enhance customer experience and process transactions

About You:
- Passionate about style, fashion, and the Paul Smith brand; experience in alterations and tailoring is a plus
- Smart appearance with individual flair
- Knowledge of current trends in music, arts, and culture
- Motivated, confident, collaborative, flexible, and reliable
- Helpful, approachable, and trustworthy team player

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year retail experience
- Enthusiastic about achieving sales targets
