Job Description

This is a permanent part-time position offering 8, 12, 16 & 20 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Oxford Street East store, in Central London.

As a Sales Advisor, you are responsible for always putting our customers first while creating an exceptional shopping experience in-store. Together with a great team, you contribute to the sales and profit in your store and share product and fashion knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspire customers by promoting campaigns, offers, and activities, delivering a great customer experience that contributes to sales and profit goals.
2. Provide and receive honest feedback to support your own development and that of your colleagues.
3. Follow health and safety routines to promote the safety and well-being of colleagues and customers.

Additional Information
