Job summary

Clarks in Blackburn is seeking a proactive Sales Team Member to deliver excellent customer service in-store while meeting store KPIs. This is an 8-hour part-time contract focused on selling shoes and accessories and maintaining high retail standards both front and back of house.

You will provide a great brand experience, keep up-to-date product knowledge, and support the store team with weekend and bank holiday shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
