Job summary

Clarks Outlet is seeking a Sales Associate to provide an exceptional consumer experience in-store while delivering set targets and KPIs. You will sell shoes and accessories using Clarks selling models and help maintain high retail standards front and back of house.

The role requires reliability and enthusiasm, with flexibility for a 7-day shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to earn a store bonus for KPI overachievement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience using technology and product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of store KPIs by sales at target levels.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas to uphold brand standards.
• Be flexible with a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenishment as required.
