Job summary

Totally Wicked in the United Kingdom is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our retail network. You will deliver excellent customer service, process purchases accurately, handle refunds and credits, and help maintain a high standard of store presentation while learning about our vaping products.

The ideal candidate is professional, enthusiastic, and comfortable working independently as part of a team, has experience meeting sales targets, and is over 18.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in a retail or similar environment.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets or KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be over 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in line with company standards.
• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy.
• Complete customer refunds and credits.
• Maintain high store standards, cleanliness, presentation and overall store image.
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate products.
• Assist with stock counts and report discrepancies to Store Manager.
