Job summary

Totally Wicked is looking for a part-time Sales Associate in Widnes. You will deliver excellent customer service, process purchases, handle refunds/credits, and maintain store standards while learning and demonstrating our vaping products.

Join a team that values you, with guaranteed contracted hours and opportunities to work overtime across the wider Totally Wicked Retail Network. You must be over 18 and able to work across 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service in line with our ‘Mr Wicked Cares’ structure
• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy
• Complete customer refunds and credits
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products
• Assist with stock counts and highlight any discrepancies to the Store Manager
