Job summary

Totally Wicked in the United Kingdom is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers on their vaping journey. You will be part of a team that values care, accuracy and customer-focused support.

You’ll deliver purchases, manage refunds, maintain store presentation, and demonstrate products while staying flexible to work across seven days. The role offers guaranteed contracted hours with overtime opportunities and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products to demonstrate effectively to customers.
• Be able to work across 7 days and adapt to store needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service in line with our Mr Wicked Cares structure.
• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy.
• Complete customer refunds and credits.
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image.
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products.
• Assist with stock counts and highlight discrepancies to the Store Manager.
