Job summary

Bellway Group is recruiting a part-time Sales Advisor for Scholars Walk, Bishop's Stortford. The role covers show-home tours, reservations, and achieving sales targets across a 21-hour week over four days, with occasional weekends.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, excellent communication and the ability to work independently or with the team. A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, with a competitive base plus monthly commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in housebuilding is beneficial but not essential.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience handling confidential information and working to targets.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets and progress reservations through to contract exchange.
• Show visitors around show homes and stock plots to demonstrate products.
• Liaise with customers, solicitors and advisers to ensure timely completions.
• Maintain high site presentation and adhere to health and safety policies.
