Job summary

Cotswold Co. is seeking a Part Time Sales Advisor to join our Leamington Spa showroom team on a 24-hour contract. You’ll be at the heart of our busiest trading hours, helping customers choose furniture and homeware they’ll treasure for years.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and understanding what they're really looking for, rather than reaching for a script.
• Guiding people through our range, including our 15-year guarantee, so they can buy with confidence.
• Keeping the showroom looking as good as our products deserve — presentation matters here.
• Working closely with the wider team to hit showroom targets, without ever feeling like a hard sell.
• Handling orders, queries and after-sales questions with care, including liaising with our support teams when needed.

Part Time Sales Advisor - 24 hours

The role

We're looking for a Sales Advisor to join our Leamington Spa showroom team on a 24-hour contract. It's a role built around our busiest trading hours, so you'll be at the heart of the showroom when it matters most — helping customers find furniture and homeware they'll keep for years, not just for a season.

You don't need a background in furniture retail. You do need warmth, curiosity, and a genuine interest in helping people make a decision they'll be happy with long after they've left the showroom.
