poltronesofà UK in Cheltenham is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Advisor to welcome customers and help them find the perfect furniture for their home. The role is 28 hours per week across 4 days and focuses on delivering a 5 star customer experience, including completing orders and processing finance applications.

You will work with a friendly team, aiming to meet individual sales goals while keeping showrooms welcoming, well-presented and safe for all customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications
• Work towards individual sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service
• Work within the team to deliver a 5 star customer experience
• Make sure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when it’s needed
• Help to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all poltronesofà products and services
• Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role

As part of our Retail team, you’ll welcome customers into our Cheltenham store, help them find the perfect furniture for their home, and deliver a fantastic customer experience from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for people with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service. Offering Part-time hours designed to fit around study, family life, or other commitments
