Three Ways Surgery in Stoke Poges invites applications for 4–6 GP sessions per week at a starting salary of £10,500–£11,250, depending on experience. The practice serves 6,300 patients in a semi-rural setting and uses EMIS with Accurx and Ardens/Patchs. Weekly clinical team meetings support a collaborative environment and on-call duties are shared.

• 15 minute appointments – Triage software system Rapid Health.
• £10,500–£11,250 starting salary dependant on experience.
• We are an established training GP Surgery with education and teaching a strong focus for our clinical team.
• You are supported by our 2 GP Partners, Pharmacists, Advanced Nurse Practitioners and an experienced nursing team.
• We hold weekly clinical team meetings to ensure that all our staff are part of the team.
• We encourage forward thinking and innovation in new ways of working.
• We are part of a 5 practice PCN (54,000).
