Job summary

inspiring vet care, a UK-leading vet care provider, seeks a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our Sundean Vets team in Lydney on a 30-hour-per-week, 9-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. You will deliver high-quality nursing care across a varied first opinion caseload and support nursing-led clinics and theatre days.

Qualifications

• RCVS registration is required.
• Experience in clinical practice with medical and surgical nursing.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Good organisational skills and workload management.
• Proactive learning and improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of nursing care across a varied first opinion caseload.
• Run nurse-led consultations and support preventative healthcare.
• Provide inpatient and hospital nursing care.
• Support anaesthesia, patient monitoring and recovery.
