Job Description:

Are you looking for a part time role for 30 hours per week? Do you have experience in purchase ledger and administration?

Juice is excited to be supporting an established Wiltshire employer. This client is within manufacturing, import and export. It has a global client base and a strong reputation within the industry.

The role has arisen due to ongoing growth.

The role offers hybrid working with around 1 – 2 days in the Wiltshire office however there is a requirement to meet colleagues regularly off site for shorter sessions.

DAY TO DAY:
  • Supporting the management accountant with day to duties
  • Stock and customs reconciliations
  • Checking and verifying customs orders
  • Checking databases, assisting with IT development and planned projects
  • Data cleansing of systems and client databases as and when required
  • To participate in team projects as and when required
  • Using Excel to an advanced level on a daily basis
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
  • Good accuracy and attention to detail
  • Any background in stock control or customs
  • Highly organised with great communication skills
  • IT Literate
AND FOR YOU:
  • Hybrid working arrangements
  • Training within the role – previous finance experience is advantageous not essential
