We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and caring individual to join our teams within Inclusion Recovery Hampshire, a drug and alcohol treatment and support service for individuals impacted by their own or someone else’s use of alcohol or drugs.
The vacancy is open to qualified professionals or members of the public with some understanding of substance misuse and is based within the Andover hub for Inclusion Recovery Hampshire.
You will be an integral part of a team, making a real difference to people’s lives and the wider communities we serve.
This is a part-time role, working 30 hours per week, based at our Andover Service.
We believe everyone should feel comfortable seeking support for issues related to drugs and alcohol. As a Recovery Worker, you will provide high-quality, inclusive, and non-judgemental support, helping service users develop social networks and skills, and guiding them towards successful reintegration into the community.

We provide caring and effective services across England, supporting individuals, families, and communities affected by addiction, crime, mental health issues, or sexual health needs.
