Zenith Vehicles is seeking a part-time Reward Analyst to join our People Function. You’ll turn data into insight that supports reward decisions, pay reviews and governance, helping around 1,500 colleagues.

Working closely with HR and business leaders, you’ll benchmark roles, analyse pay competitiveness and equity, manage job evaluation activity and continuously improve reward processes. This role offers 31 hours per week, a supportive culture and opportunities to develop within a market-leading

Qualifications

• Experience within Reward, Compensation & Benefits, People Analytics or a similar analytical HR environment.
• Experience in salary benchmarking and reward analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability, including data modelling and visualisation.
• Experience supporting pay review and bonus cycles.
• Understanding of job evaluation methodologies.
• Ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly to a range of stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and the confidence to make recommendations that support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analysis and modelling that supports reward and compensation decisions.
• Provide insight on pay competitiveness, attraction, retention and internal equity trends.
• Play a key role in annual pay review and bonus processes.
• Manage job evaluation activity and maintain the Willis Towers Watson job evaluation database.
• Evaluate and benchmark roles to support hiring and organisational decisions.
• Conduct pay gap and reward equity analysis and support reporting requirements.
• Improve reward processes through simplification, automation and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and enhance our colleague reward platform and communications.
• Support the review and management of employee benefits providers.
• Ensure strong reward governance, consistency and data integrity across the business.
