Job summary

Halfords is seeking a part-time Retail Customer Advisor in Norwich. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, demonstrating products and assisting customers with fitting services, on a rota including weekends. Training is provided to develop product knowledge and career progression within the Group.

Ideal candidates have prior retail sales experience or experience in customer-focused sales environments and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and explain Halfords products to customers.
• Support the fitting services with friendly, efficient service.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers on the shop floor.
