Halfords in Kent is seeking a Part-time Customer Sales Advisor to support customers in store, with 12 hours per week at 10.85–12.71 GBP per hour. You will learn product knowledge and fitting services while delivering great customer service and working a rotating weekend schedule.

Ideal candidates have retail sales experience or strong customer-focused sales experience, plus a proactive approach to helping customers and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Problem solving skills.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets.
