CPM is seeking Merchandisers in the Liphook area for part-time, flexible work across Monday to Sunday with fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. You will visit stores within a 10‑mile radius, set up POS materials, and maintain compelling displays to drive product visibility.

The ideal candidate has retail or merchandising experience and is comfortable working independently, often using a car to transport materials. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Formación

• Retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Available Monday to Sunday with fixed visits Tue, Thu and Sat.
• Reliable, adaptable and able to work independently.
• Confident communicating with store staff and building in-store relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits and set up POS materials.
• Navigate fixtures such as gondolas, bays and shelving with confidence.
• Merchandise products in line with planograms.
• Keep displays well-stocked and attractive to drive sales.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays for easy customer access.
• Negotiate extra display space where possible to boost sales.
• Some lifting and stock movement may be required.
