Job summary

CPM UK is seeking Merchandisers in the Basingstoke area for approx 8–10 hours per week, with potential increases during busy periods. Pay is £15.07 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long-term, ongoing work available.

Ideal location is Basingstoke, RG24, covering stores within 10 miles and surrounding areas. You will visit stores to set up POS materials, stock shelves, and report via our company app using your own car for travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
• Experience with Boots/department stores or premium beauty brands desirable.
• Available Monday to Sunday; fixed visits Tue, Thu and Sat.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and POS setup.
• Navigate fixtures confidently and merchandise per planograms.
• Keep displays stocked to drive sales and top up products.
• Negotiate extra display space when possible.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved.
