Job summary

CPM UK is seeking Merchandisers in the Ipswich area for part-time hours. Approximately 8-10 hours per week with potential increase during busy periods; £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay. Start within two weeks after onboarding and training, with long-term, ongoing work.

You’ll visit a mix of high street and grocery stores, set up POS materials, follow planograms, and maintain in-store displays. Owning a car is essential, and you will report via our app using a phone or tablet.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising.
• Own car and be able to cover stores within 10-15 miles.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up POS materials.
• Confidently navigating fixtures (e.g. gondolas, bays, shelving)
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Make sure stock is on shelves to drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products so they are eye-catching and easy to find.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved.
