Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever customers need you most, including filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products
• Using digital tools to perform tasks and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, keep shelves tidy and presentable, and manoeuvre heavy loads to the correct store location
• Build knowledge of products, services and promotions to make helpful recommendations to customers
