Job summary

Sainsbury's Carlisle Store is hiring a Customer Assistant on a permanent, part-time basis (12 hours per week). You will greet customers, help with shelving, picking orders and serving shoppers, using digital tools to enhance service.

We value teamwork, a friendly approach, and flexibility to work across the store. Right to work in the UK is required. Shifts include early morning hours in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service.
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products.
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience.
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location.
