Job summary

Monkhouse Mold is seeking a friendly part-time retail assistant. You will be a key holder, help customers find the right sizes and uniforms, and process payments at the till while keeping the shop and stock room tidy.

We provide full training with a buddy, ongoing development and opportunities for promotion. Flexible hours across the week are available, with some Sundays during peak periods, in a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Be a key holder.
• Serve customers by helping them find the right sizes, colours and uniforms.
• Work on the cash till, take payments and wrap purchases.
• Tidy shop and stock room, including cleaning.
• Check deliveries and book stock into the stock control system.
• Unpack stock and restock products in the shop.
• Answer customer queries on the telephone.
