POP MART UK CORPORATION LTD in Oxford is seeking a Part-time Retail Assistant to support customer service and cashier duties in a busy store.

The role is 16-hour weekly, permanent and in-person, with shifts that can include weekends. A friendly, proactive attitude and strong customer service mindset are essential to create memorable shopping experiences for our diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Fluent in professional English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive with strong customer service skills to provide a memorable shopping experience.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work well in a team.
• Desirable but Not Essential: Multi-lingual language ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
• Manage the cashier point’s daily opening and closing procedures.
