Lifeways Group in Abingdon provides life-changing residential care for adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and mental health conditions. The role involves a variety of activities and personal care tasks, supporting people to live independently with dignity.

Formación

• Residential care for adults with complex needs (learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, mental health).
• Ability to participate in activities and assist with daily living tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Help with everyday personal care routines and participate in activities (walking, cinema, swimming, gardening, shopping).
• Support individuals to live independently with dignity and respect, in a close-knit team.

07.30am - 22.00pm (Between Monday-Sunday)
Sleeps may also required from time to time

Expect plenty of variety: from helping with everyday personal care routines to joining in with activities including walking, watching sport, swimming, bingo, gaming, volunteering, gardening, shopping, socialising, going to the cinema, listening to music, watching television and being in the community.
