Queen Mary University of London seeks a part-time administrative coordinator for the HEAL project, an ERC-funded five-year programme within the School of Law. The role runs 12.25 hours per week from November 2026 to October 2031 and includes field support and communications work.

You will coordinate between the Principal Investigator, six co-Investigators and a stakeholder network, organise workshops, provide field admin, assist with AV and social media, and handle project logistics and records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between the PI, six co-Investigators and the stakeholder network, which meets regularly.
• Organise workshops and public engagement events.
• Provide administrative support to team members in the field.
• Assist with AV communications, stakeholder relations and social media.
• Ensure delivery of project work, including logistics and finances.
• Keep project records.
• Handle communications and publicise project work.
