Imperial College London seeks a part-time Research Inclusion Advisor to help implement the RSS Hub's Inclusion Strategy and support national inclusion efforts. You will advise innovators, clinicians, health and social care professionals, and academics on embedding inclusive research in design, funding applications and project delivery.

You will participate in the national RSS Inclusion Group, contribute to annual reports, and collaborate with the RSS Network to advance strategic Inclusion

Formación

• Proven track record delivering Research Inclusion in applied health or social care research.
• Understanding NIHR funding landscape and inclusion requirements across funding streams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advisory support to researchers, clinicians, health and social care professionals, and academics on including inclusive research in design, funding, and delivery.
• Develop, identify and share up-to-date guidance on inclusive research and methods.
• Highlight development needs for the Hub around Inclusion and inclusive practice.
• Provide annual reports of Inclusion activities.
• Ensure Inclusion advice is reflected in the Hub's databases and reporting metrics.
