Imperial Enterprise is seeking a Research Inclusion Advisor to influence the strategy of the RSS Imperial and Partners Hub and provide expert advisory support on inclusive research design and funding.

You will help implement and refine the Hub's Research Inclusion Strategy, align with NIHR strategies, and collaborate across the RSS Network to achieve shared objectives. The role supports reporting, guidance development, and inclusive practices across multiple funders.

Competenze

• Strong track record delivering Research Inclusion in applied health or social care research.
• Understanding NIHR funding landscape and inclusion requirements across funding streams.
• Ability to advise clients on NIHR or other funder inclusion requirements and promote inclusive practices.
• Developing and sharing up-to-date guidance on inclusive research methods.

Mansioni

• Provide advisory support to innovators, clinicians, health professionals, and academics on inclusive research design and funding.
• Contribute to implementation and reporting of the RSS Hub's Research Inclusion Strategy.
• Prepare annual reports of Inclusion activities and ensure inclusion metrics are reflected in databases.
