Job summary

Imperial College London invites applications for a part-time Research Inclusion Advisor role. You will help implement the RSS Hub's inclusion strategy and contribute to national reporting while engaging with researchers, clinicians, and academics to embed inclusive research practices.

The role involves participating in national group meetings, cross-network collaboration, and producing annual Inclusion activity reports.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in delivering Research Inclusion within applied health or social care research.
• Understanding NIHR funding landscape and inclusion requirements across different funding streams.
• Ability to provide advisory support to researchers and promote inclusive research practices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to implementing and refining the RSS Hub's Research Inclusion Strategy.
• Support the implementation and reporting of the national RSS Research Inclusion Strategy.
• Participate in national RSS Research Inclusion Group meetings.
• Collaborate across the RSS Network to achieve shared strategic objectives.
• Ensure Inclusion advice is reflected in the Hub’s databases and reporting metrics.
