Langley Park School for Boys in London is seeking a Reprographics Assistant on a permanent, part-time basis (10 hours per week across at least four days). The role starts in February 2026 (date to be confirmed). You will support teaching staff, operate reprographics equipment and coordinate stock and supplier activities.

• Experience with reprographics or printing equipment.
• Ability to work with teaching staff and students.
• Willingness to undertake training and development.

Responsabilidades

• Liaising between managers/teaching staff and students.
• Providing accurate management information on service usage and costs.
• Operating reprographics equipment.
• Prioritising jobs and organising large production runs.
• Liaising with suppliers for resources and maintenance contracts.
• Monitoring and managing stock within a budget.
• Undertaking training of other staff in equipment use.
• Participating in training and performance development as required.
