Job summary

Lodge Park Academy is recruiting for a Reprographics and Resource Assistant (Maternity cover). The role is fixed term, part-time (22.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year) with a pro-rata salary of £13,896, access to the Local Government Pension Scheme, and benefits including a cycle-to-work scheme.

You will manage the reprographics room, liaise with reprographics suppliers and Academy staff, and ensure timely photocopying and stock control while maintaining high organisation and communication

Qualifications

• A competent user of ICT, especially familiar with email, internet applications, printing.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and students.
• Well organised with the ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Management of reprographics room to ensure the Academy is well resourced.
• Liaise with external reprographics companies to order and deliver copies.
• Liaise with staff and students regarding reprographics needs.
• Order paper and reprographics consumables to keep stock levels adequate.
