Job summary

T H WHITE Group is seeking a part-time Recruitment Co-ordinator to support the Recruitment Partner and employee services team. You’ll create engaging job adverts, screen candidates, book interviews and keep applicants informed while assisting with apprenticeship recruitment.

This role emphasises strong organisation and communication, with the chance to liaise across a growing business and reduce agency reliance. Prior recruitment experience helps but isn’t essential.

Responsibilities

• Creating innovative, engaging job adverts.
• Researching the best media channels to attract a talented pool of candidates.
• Supporting managers with shortlisting of applications.
• Carrying out initial telephone / Microsoft Teams screening calls if required.
• Organising face-to-face assessment interviews. Support SMT’s in interviews as required.
• Managing annual apprenticeship intakes.
• Building and maintaining relationships with local educational establishments.
• Reducing reliance and costs of using recruitment agencies.
• Providing meaningful market intelligence and recruiting insights.
