Wiltshire Council is recruiting a part-time receptionist to join our leisure centre team in Trowbridge. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, delivering a warm welcome and handling enquiries while supporting service delivery.

This role operates on a rota, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential to help us run a busy, friendly hub for health, wellbeing and community activity.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly and warmly with visitors.

• Be the first point of contact for visitors and create a welcoming atmosphere.
