About the Role
As a Part Time Receptionist you will work 15 hours per week over 2 days as part of a friendly team and your duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting residents and visitors
• Ensuring that guests and visitors are treated courteously and efficiently at all times
• Answering the telephone in a professional manner

About You
To be successful in the role of Part Time Receptionist you must have previous experience in a reception or administrative role and be / have:

• Good administration and organisation skills
• Be able to multitask, prioritise and work using own initiative
• Well-presented and well spoken
• Motivated, reliable, and driven
