Unity Team Ltd. is seeking a part-time receptionist to join our small, friendly team near Holborn. You will welcome guests, handle calls, and manage general administrative tasks in a professional, courteous manner.

You will work Monday–Friday 2:00–6:00 p.m., supporting daily office operations and ensuring a warm first impression for visitors and staff alike.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly phone manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in using computer software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • The capacity to remain calm and composed under pressure, ensuring professionalism in all situations.
  • Familiarity with the technology required for presentations.
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours and cover when necessary.
