Job Description
  • Greet visitors and issue security access passes
  • Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner; screen calls and connect to the relevant person or take and deliver messages
  • Book/manage travel and accommodation through our travel supplier
  • Book/prepare meeting rooms and inform participants
  • Manage refreshments and buffets
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, and organise couriers
  • Perform clerical duties, photocopying, maintain office equipment, and update records
  • Monitor, control, and order office supplies
  • Liaise with the landlord for maintenance issues
  • Perform additional duties as needed

All in-house training and ongoing support will be provided.
