The Music Works Gloucester Hub is hiring a part-time receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors. You will run the reception desk during your shifts, welcome people, handle enquiries and support bookings to help the Hub run smoothly.

This varied role requires confidence, approachability and strong organisation, with duties including visitor sign-in, security awareness and assisting with administration and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or front-of-house roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and handle bookings and enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for visitors at The Music Works Gloucester Hub.
• Manage the reception desk during shifts and support bookings and hub operations.
• Sign in visitors, monitor security, and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist with studio bookings, data entry, meetings, and events.
