Job summary

NHS Ayrshire & Arran, based at University Hospital Crosshouse, is seeking a Quality Improvement Facilitator on a permanent, part-time basis (18 hours per week).

You will work with Health and Social Care Partnerships across Ayrshire to support quality improvement projects, train staff, and use data to redesign services and improve patient care. A UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Support and contribute to quality improvement projects across NHS Ayrshire & Arran.
• Collaborate with clinicians and frontline staff to develop improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on quality improvement methodologies, measurement for improvement and the effective use of data to support service redesign and performance improvement.
• Facilitate and support staff to identify opportunities for improvement, implement change and evaluate impact.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of training and educational resources on quality improvement and service redesign for both clinical and non-clinical staff across NHS Ayrshire & Arran.
• Support data collection, analysis and reporting, including the development and use of tools to measure and demonstrate improvement outcomes.
