Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues for a media research client. The role is part-time and flexible, designed to fit around other work or commitments. Auditors visit venues within a designated area, complete quick observations, and report online.

Travel expenses are covered in addition to audit fees. Training and guidance are provided by Area Managers to help you feel confident on your first assignment, with

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area. Auditors are encouraged to visit as many venues as possible during the allocated time window, however we understand that not every venue will always be reached.
